About us

After School Club sells authentic Pokémon trading cards, sealed products and related collectibles online in India. Our registered business details and GSTIN appear at the bottom of this page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are representative. For single cards, minor variations in centering, edges and surface are normal for the stated condition.
• Stock is limited and sold on a first-come basis. Availability shown on the site is not a guarantee until your order is confirmed.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer either confirmation at the corrected price or a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, the pricing was incorrect, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud or reseller abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Orders are dispatched only after payment is successfully received and verified.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Authenticity

We source stock from authorised distributors and verified suppliers and check products before dispatch. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number, and we will investigate and resolve it.

Intellectual property

• Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG and all related names, logos and card artwork are trademarks and copyright of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.
• Our own site content — text, layout, photography and branding — belongs to After School Club and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access other users' accounts, scraping the catalogue, placing fraudulent or automated bulk orders, or interfering with site security. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any change in the resale or market value of a card after purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
