Who we are

After School Club ("we", "us") operates the online store at theafterschoolclub.in, selling authentic Pokémon trading cards and collectibles in India. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. Our registered details are listed at the bottom of this page.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and phone number when you sign up or sign in.
• Order information: shipping address, billing address, items ordered, order value and order history.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay), which handles that data under its own privacy policy. We only receive a payment reference and status.
• Support information: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or through our support forms.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, ship and track your orders, and to issue GST-compliant invoices.
• To contact you about an order — confirmations, dispatch updates, delivery follow-ups and refunds.
• To respond to support requests and resolve disputes.
• To send restock and back-in-stock notifications where you have asked for them.
• To improve our catalogue, website performance and customer experience.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and payment risk.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in India.

Marketing communications

We send marketing or restock emails only where you have opted in. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out at any time. Transactional messages about an order you have placed are not marketing and will still be sent.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store:

• Payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds.
• Courier and logistics partners to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• Hosting, database and email providers used to operate the website and send order emails.

• Government authorities, auditors or legal advisors where we are required to disclose information by law.

Cookies

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Account data is retained while your account is active. Support correspondence is retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-up queries and disputes.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order and the details submitted.
