Yes. Every card and booster pack we sell is sourced sealed from official Japanese and international distribution. We do not stock proxies, custom prints, or resealed packs. If you ever receive something you believe is not genuine, message us with photos and we will take it back.

We ship across India. Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days, and most deliveries land within 3–7 days depending on your pin code.

Every single goes into a penny sleeve, and anything AR or above also gets a top loader, before it is packed into a rigid mailer. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and boxed. We pack for the reality of Indian courier handling, not for the ideal case.

Unless the listing says otherwise, singles are Near Mint — pulled from packs and sleeved immediately. Where a card has visible wear, we say so in the listing and price it accordingly. We would rather under-promise on condition than argue about it later.

You can cancel any order before it ships. After delivery, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of approval. Sealed products opened by you cannot be returned, since pull luck is not a defect.

No, and nobody honestly can. Booster packs are random by design. We sell them sealed and untouched, exactly as they came from the distributor, so your odds are the same as they would be anywhere else.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. We do not store your card details — payments are handled entirely on Razorpay’s secure checkout.

Both are printed by The Pokémon Company and both are equally official. Japanese cards use noticeably better card stock, are less prone to edge wear and curling, get sets months earlier, and cost less per pack — which is why a lot of serious collectors prefer them. English cards use the text and set names most Indian players grew up with, so they are the easier pick if you play at local tournaments. Art and card quality favour Japanese; familiarity favours English.

You will get a tracking link by email once your parcel is picked up, and you can see the status of every order in your account under Orders. If tracking has not moved in 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier for you.
